Interviews conducted with each delegate where possible, provide useful background information which helps us design a memorable programme that is directly related to the business. Topics for the Case study are often identified during this phase, after consultation with Management. The research also gives the delegates the opportunity to meet The TopFlight Trainers, giving them confidence and ownership in the entire process.

Information gathered during preliminary research is used to design, in partnership with the client, a totally bespoke training course, which will not only meet the training objectives of the organisation, but will transform the way individuals interact with each other. The courses are designed so that everyone has something to contribute, a key element in building effective and efficient teams.
