Interviews conducted with each delegate where possible, provide useful background information which helps us design a memorable programme that is directly related to the business. Topics for the Case study are often identified during this phase, after consultation with Management. The research also gives the delegates the opportunity to meet The TopFlight Trainers, giving them confidence and ownership in the entire process.
